Incidentals: Are not included within the group rate, please note a $30.00 overnight parking fee per vehicle will be applied. Group Room Types: Based upon availability, Standard Rooms consisting of one (1) King, or two (2) Queen beds. Ocean View rooms are not included with this group block. Occupancy: Three (3) persons per King Rooms, and four (4) persons per Double Queen Rooms. Reservations made outside of September 17, 2023 - September 23, 2023, are subject to room availability and room rate change. Changes to reservations and reservation assistance please contact the conference organizers direct to ensure proper coordination with the Hotel. Cancellation per individual guests will be as follows; No cancellations after August 17, 2023. Any cancellations after this date will result in a cancellation fee of one night at the groups room rate ($499.00 + sales tax).
