Group block- rooms are assigned at check-in, so rooms will not all be together in the same area or floor. We require that a valid credit card is used to guarantee your reservation, and we will pre-authorize your credit card on file for one night's stay plus tax, no earlier than 48hrs prior to arrival. If we are unable to secure these funds, your reservation may be cancelled. Security deposit: $20 will be authorized at check in, along with the cost of your stay. The deposit will be released at checkout, and depending on your bank it will take 3-5 days to reflect in your account. Check out is at 11:00 am, and check in is at 04:00 pm. There is no guarantee of an early check in. Please bear this in mind if you plan to get ready at the hotel.
