Please note a “no show” charge of the entire stay period will be automatically charged to the credit card provided should the guest fails to arrive on the confirmed arrival date. Any individual cancellation or amendment is required before 12:00 hours (Hong Kong Time) cut-off date (Friday, September 8, 2023) prior to the schedule arrival date; otherwise a penalty of the entire stay with service charge will be levied to the credit card provided automatically. Should the original length of stay shorten, a penalty of the exact number of nights originally reserved prior to arrival will be charged to the credit card provided if notification made after cut-off date (Friday, September 8, 2023)
