By booking these reservations, you are assuming all responsibility for payment including non-cancellations and/or no-show reservations. • 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED FOR WEEKEND DATES (FRI/SAT): Reservation requests less than 2 nights will not qualify to receive the tournament discounted rate. Initial bookings of, or modifications to, one-night reservations will default to the current retail rate on the date of the requested modification. • Cancellation Policy: Individual guest may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival without a penalty. Reservations cancelled within the 48-hour window will be subject to a penalty of one night's room and tax.
