Please note - The organization has requested the following: • An individual cannot have more than 2 rooms to their name. Should an individual request more than 2 rooms the hotel should direct the individual to the PLC Chair or their designated representative. • The organization has a (1) Month Cancellation DEADLINE for Individual Reservations: If a guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival (after May 29, 2024), The guest will be charged a cancellation FEE of One (1) night-room and tax that is non-refundable.
