GUARANTEE – A valid credit card must be provided at time of reservation. DEPOSIT –Full pre-payment is processed with the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival & is non-refundable. CANCELLATION – If canceled or modified inside 30 days prior to arrival, full room & tax is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will not incur a penalty. Early departure fee will be waived if guest can demonstrate that early departure was due to requirements of job or emergency.
