Attendees have until 7/12/2024 to book their stay. One night room and tax deposit is required and will be collected on 7/12/2024. Attendees have until 7/12/2024 to cancel their stay without penalty. Any reservations canceled on or after 7/12/2024 will result in penalty in the amount of one night room and tax.
