Breakfast is not included, it is on room only basis. The rates vary for single or double occupancy. Each Additional guest with breakfast charges cost at AED 160 per person per night. The Group rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before 30th Aug,2024. If a reserved room is cancelled after 30th August,2024,each individual will be 100% subject to penalty charges, and or incase of no show or shortening of the stay. Any reservations made after the Cutoff Date will be hotel’s best available current available rate and any rooms reserved after the cutoff date will also be subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the agreement. Guests to settle room charges and own extras individually. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability and additional charge depending on timings required. Maximum of 4 people allowed in the room with a maximum of 3 adults, 12 years and above is considered an adult.
