Booked rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For each room canceled beyond that, we charge 90% of the room price for the entire length of stay, unless the hotel is in a position to sell these rooms elsewhere and at the same price. The costs will be charged to the respective credit card. In the event of a no-show, we charge 100% of the room price for the entire length of stay; the costs will also be charged to the respective credit card.
