Guests must book by October 1, 2024, in order to receive the negotiated group rate. All guests not booked by the cutoff date will be booked at the hotel’s current rate. The Courtyard will honor the negotiated rate two days prior/post group’s dates, please email the Sales Department, at catering@finehospitality.com, if you want to arrive early, or stay longer. The Courtyard allows individual cancellations without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival date. Policy is enforced, regardless of what automated emails, or Marriott websites may list.
