Should more than 2 reservations be made using the same name, the Reservations Team will reach out to offer a name change. Should a response not be received within 3 business days, any reservations in excess of the maximum of 2 (in the same name) will be cancelled without further notification. Please note that this group has a special cancellation policy of 14 days prior to arrival (disregard cancellation policy in confirmation email as it cannot be changed). Should cancellations be received within 13 days of arrival, a one night room and tax penalty will be charged per room cancelled.
