Guest room rates are: - ¤ Inclusive breakfast and complimentary wireless high-speed internet access ¤ Subject to 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST) ¤ Subject to Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night for all foreign passport holders (except Malaysians or MyPR holders) ¤ Subject to a surcharge of MYR 200+ per person per night for additional breakfast and rollaway bed ¤ Subject to availability should there be any changes in the arrival or departure pattern In the event that you need to cancel a confirmed reservation, you must connect with the Reservations Team 14 days prior to your arrival date. Once a cancellation number has been provided, the reservation is officially cancelled. Failure to cancel a confirmed reservation 14 days prior to arrival date will result in a cancellation penalty equivalent to one room night’s charge and tax.
