The future of meetings and events is here. We look forward to introducing you to our new inspired meeting space. Your meetings or special events are redefined with our newly refreshed ballrooms including our signature space, The Valencia. This circular ballroom boasts 12,000 square feet of space with generous outdoor terrace, cutting-edge technology coupled with gorgeous views of our gardens and mountains beyond.

The Palms Executive Conference Center – Coming Soon! Over 15,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor and pre-function space. A highly qualified team of Associates who will personally plan and execute the event of your dreams.

The Cascade function space offers 10,000 square feet of indoor outdoor event space including a patio with waterfalls and gardens. The modern design will highlight any event. Ceremony seating for up to 400 people and reception seating for up to 300 people

The Hawthorn Grill Meeting & Events features over 3,200 square feet of dedicated event space, including two private/enclosed event and reception venues with semi-private patios that can accommodate between 16 and 50 guests for weddings, business meetings, receptions, and more.

Cascade Meeting & Event Space

This modern floorplan is open and offers a combined 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The Cascade overlooks our lush gardens and water features including waterfalls. Ceremony seating is up to 400 people and reception seating is perfect for (up to) 300 guests.

The Cascade's inviting modern entrance is welcoming to attendees for a fabulous event.

Hawthorn Grill Meeting & Event Space

Introducing Hawthorn Grill, Summerlin grill! The venue features over 3,200 square feet of dedicated event space, including two private/enclosed event and reception venues with semi-private patios that can accommodate between 16 and 50 guests for weddings, business meetings, receptions, and more.
