Meet Chef Rohan Leach

Rohan migrated from Jamaica in the mid-80s to New York City where he began his career under the supervision Tom Valenti in 1987. After working under Tom Valenti at Café Greco restaurant Rohan went to work under a few world renowned chefs like Terrance Brenan and Jean Louis. At the young age of 24, Rohan took over the Executive Chef role at the Westbury Hotel. Chef Rohan then transitioned to larger hotels and held multiple positions including Executive Chef Title at the Grand Hyatt New York, Hyatt Regency Greenwich, and Stanford Hilton and Meeting Center. Rohan’s love for the culinary arts, and sharing his experience with others, has followed him to Georgia where he is now located at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family which consists of his wife Marsha and 3 children. Chef Rohan also enjoys golfing, going to the movies, and experiencing local restaurants.
