Small Event Spaces

Bring your next board meeting, training session or small conference to one of our meeting rooms to create an exclusive and inspiring off-site experience.

  • Our dedicated executive boardroom is ideal for upscale meetings and dinners; seamlessly blending the inspiration of wood panelled walls and natural daylight with amenities such as ClickShare technology.
  • Our Francis Anderton Room is filled with natural daylight, features a private terrace and is easily set to create a great space for your next brainstorming session.

Medium Event Spaces

Practical and well-equipped for nearly any type of event, our meeting rooms offer historic charm and flexibility for all occasions. Plan theatre-style presentations or private dining experiences in our event space, where yesteryear's style comes technology equipped to blend seamlessly into a refreshingly modern feel.

  • Light and airy, our Horace Cutler Room is perfect for training sessions or Afternoon Tea. Seat 40 persons theatre-style or enjoy private dining for up to 36 guests.
  • Overlooking the courtyard, The William Wordsworth offers plenty of light and impressive architecture. High ceilings make it suitable for business conference presentations for up to 40 attendees.

Private Dining

All of our rooms can be set to meet your private dining needs. With the assistance of our professional catering staff, you can create a culinary event that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

Large Event Spaces

Beautifully restored parquet flooring, elegant high ceilings, ornate cornicing, original sash windows, and oak panelling combine to make The King George V the elite pick of our venue’s conference spaces. While laced in tradition, this space also revels in modern business services. Free Wi-Fi and ClickShare technology help you create impressive meetings and elegant social events. Our largest space, The King George V seats up to 90 for theatre-style presentations and 72 for a banquet.

A direct complement to The King George V, The Queen Mary provides an elegant pre-function space or can be used as a breakout meeting room.

The Library is steeped in history and served as the Members Library for delegates at the Greater London Council. At 262 square meters, The Library can accommodate receptions for 80 people, private dining for 50 and conferences for up to 40. The Library holds bookcases made of English oak which support the busts of writers and classical figures including Shakespeare, Milton, Agrippa and Plato.

Meeting Break Space

Offering flexibility to meet your needs, many of our rooms can be used to provide additional space for meeting breakouts, lunches or pre-function events.
