SIP Bar + Lounge serves a full menu of artisan cocktails from the finest spirits, as well as California wines by the glass, local beers and seasonal fare.
Choose from a variety of delectables, from small plates to entrees, and savor sustainable meat and produce from farmer's markers in the Long Beach area. Sumptuous boneless fried chicken sandwich, blackened ahi salad, or a artesian cheese plate, all fresh and locally raised and grown.
Cap off a busy day of work or play with SIP Bar + Lounge's Happy Hour, Monday through Friday, from 4 to 6pm. Enhance your mood with appetizers and cocktails.
111 Pool & Lounge
Located on the third floor, 111 Pool & Lounge overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is a wonderful place to soak up the California sunshine. Sink onto one of our chaise lounges, leather couches or plush chairs; daybed-style seating and sectionals frame the pool, and provide a comfortable spot to warm up after a refreshing dip.
Hosting Events
Let our SIP Bar + Lounge ambassadors bring your event to life. We offer the perfect location for a small, intimate luncheon, reception or dinner party in Long Beach. The lounge, along with the lobby and outdoor patio, can also be completely reserved for your private party and holds 300 - 400 guests.

Culinary Team
SIP Bar + Lounge is proud to have award-winning Executive Chef Janine Falvo leading our kitchen. Top Chef contestant Falvo heads up the culinary team at Renaissance Long Beach Hotel, and embodies an “ocean to fork” philosophy. Taking advantage of the Pacific Ocean just a few blocks away, Falvo highlights local, fresh caught seafood on her menu. Other options include the finest organic meats, artisanal cheeses and produce.
Before joining Sip Bar & Lounge, Falvo was the Executive Chef at Briza and Rooftop 866 at the Renaissance Atlanta, where she fostered a farm-to-table approach to locally inspired cuisine using seasonal ingredients. She has received numerous awards and recognition during her illustrious culinary career.
