Executive Chef - Everton Clarke

A graduate of the prestigious Johnson & Wales University, Chef Everton Clarke developed a passion for fresh, regional ingredients while growing up on a New England farm. Throughout his two-decade career with Marriott®, he has crafted a steadfast dedication to using locally sourced ingredients to compose high-quality, innovative interpretations of American cuisine at Marriott hotels around the world, including those in San Francisco, Philadelphia, Florida, and most recently, the United Arab Emirates at the JW Marriott® Marquis® Hotel Dubai.
