Offering over 50,000 square feet of flexible indoor/outdoor meeting and event venues located in a waterfront setting near Fort Myers FL, the ideal backdrop for your next business or social event awaits at The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village. Our brand new conference center features outdoor pre-function spaces and indoor event space that is ideal for cocktail receptions or event registrations. Decorated in neutral hues with plenty of natural light, the Rosen and Grandville Ballrooms each feature 12 foot ceilings and the simplicity of built-in screens and projectors. Spacious 3,150 sq. ft. floor plans accommodate up to 150 for banquets or 200 guests theater-style. The Grandville Ballroom also includes a balcony where attendees can step out to enjoy the Florida air. Our newest and largest venue, the Tarpon Point Ballroom, accommodates up to 1400 guests. For an outdoor option, the landscaped Gazebo Lawn offers water views that serve as a memorable setting for brand events or keynote speakers, as well as important celebrations and galas. Providing more than 4,000 square feet with a gazebo centerpiece, the lawn hosts up to 200 guests for a reception or 100 banquet style, and tents are arranged on request. Our third floor Tarpon Terrace is another open-air venue featuring string lights and a built-in bar that accommodates up to 200 for a reception or banquet. We also offer a private waterfront dining room for a more intimate setting, ideal for business luncheons or gatherings of up to 50 guests.
