The Boardroom is set within attractive grounds, protected from the sun by palm trees and shrubbery in which Arabian oryx and gazelle are frequently spotted grazing.

Beautifully decorated with traditional Arabian antiques and artefacts, Al Majlis Boardroom was developed to completely meet the needs of corporate teams holding events. With the latest multimedia presentation and on-line video conferencing equipment, Al Majlis Boardroom is capable of being linked to other such facilities anywhere in the world.

It offers various room and seating layouts, catering to groups ranging from 40 guests boardroom-style, 60 classroom-style or 90 theatre-style, making it ideal for bespoke corporate or personal events.

Setup Example

Conference and Hollow Square

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.

The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
