Our dynamic catering team brings skill and inspiration to every event, large or small. Under the supervision of our head catering chef, Praveen Thomas, our talented staff specializes in multiple cuisine types. Serve guests a diverse menu culled from different parts of the world or an irresistible spread focusing on regional cuisine such as Thai, Italian, Indian, or Arabic. We also prepare themed menus ranging from Halloween to medieval, and will be glad to accommodate special dietary needs with kosher, vegetarian, and vegan menus.

All meeting rooms feature built-in audiovisual equipment such as mounted LCD TVs and dimmable lighting, and our expert on-site audiovisual partner, PSAV, will assist with any additional audiovisual needs. Whether you need LCD projectors, stage lighting, and microphones for a large-scale presentation, or laptops and teleconferencing, PSAV will coordinate setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting so that you are free to interact with your guests.

High Speed Internet Access is available in all our meeting spaces (for a fee), and additional services such as laptop rental and simultaneous translation can be arranged.

Setup Example

Theater

Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.

Banquet

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.

Conference and Hollow Square

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.

Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.

Schoolroom or Classroom

The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
