President Wilson – The Seminar and Conference Hotel in Geneva

Hotel President Wilson has positioned itself as a well-renowned international conference hotel in Geneva, boasting 12 rooms and an expansive Ballroom that can accommodate up to 1000 guests.

On the lower floor, the Wilson Room, with its 900 m², is considered the largest convention space amongst the 5-star hotels in Geneva. Together with its adjacent foyer, the total surface amounts to 1700 m² and allows for cocktails with up to 1000 guest and dinners with up to 700 people possible.

All event rooms are soundproof and fitted with built-in screens as well as high-speed wireless internet access complimentary up to 200 MB (upon request we can also provide a dedicated line). A motivated team strives to provide perfect technical solutions in terms of video, sound and light in order to perfect the quality of your event.

Room Set-Up Examples

Setup Example

E-shape, U-shape and T-shape

Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.

Schoolroom or Classroom

The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.

Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
