Signature cuisine
The seasonal, most thoughtfully sourced ingredients in combination with signature recipes from our chef Stanislav Polessky inspired by European cuisine is the key element for successful event.
We compile each menu individually, taking into account all our guests preferences, whether it is dietary restrictions, vegetarian dishes, author’s vitality menu from St. Regis or an array of international exotic dishes.
Among our offerings are Buffet receptions, banquets, gala dinners, business breakfasts, interactive carving stations (Bloody Mary live station, caviar and pancake station, Hamon station, etc.). Before each event we conduct menu testing. The hotel’s own patisserie offers original desserts, including handcrafted wedding cakes custom-made for newlyweds.
When compiling individual menus, we not only customize it according to your needs but offer expert advice depending on goals and objectives of your event, the characteristics of the audience and program.
