Like all true classics, The Club Room transcends the boundaries of time and style making it the perfect 1,500-square-foot venue for Midtown Manhattan meetings, small conferences and celebrations. This ornate event room holds up to 120 guests and can be divided, using a soundproof movable wall, into two independent rooms: Club North and Club South.

For smaller executive gatherings or intimate dining experiences, the Stanford White Studio provides accommodations for up to 26 at a boardroom table, 36 at multiple tables and 40 guests theatre style. Host your next New York City meeting or celebration where excellence is a tradition.

Setup Example


Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.

Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
