Acknowledging the unparalleled importance of a wedding ceremony and reception, our experienced staff works tirelessly to ensure that every detail is perfectly executed, allowing the newlyweds to enjoy their special day alongside their guests. By offering four dedicated, customizable wedding packages—comprising everything from wedding night suite accommodations, reception venue rental, wedding cake, and photography to floral arrangements, chair covers, catering and much more—we guarantee a singularly romantic and idyllic wedding.

No matter the size of the wedding, Hotel Bristol’s unrivaled union of Art Deco-inspired décor, Art Nouveau influences, and venerable location promises a magical event.

Our largest salon-style venue, the 324-square-meter Reception Hall, features glittering crystal chandeliers and sparkling mirrors, along with large windows overlooking the park, which bathe the room in romantic natural light. Two additional salons, Chopin Salon and Moniuszko Salon, can be connected to the hall to form an even more expansive venue, with the dance floor situated at the foremost part of the hall.

Marconi Restaurant, meanwhile, presents 315 square meters of celebration space, comprising two enchanting indoor areas and a third dance-floor area, with large windows overlooking both the park and the restaurant’s stunning, split-level green patio.

Each of our four wedding packages offers a served menu as well as an array of gourmet buffets, including cold and hot dishes, such as: Beef Carpaccio with Rucola, mozzarella, artichokes, olives and dried tomatoes; veal chops in potato crust with vegetable ratatouille; and rosemary roasted duck, aromatic apples and cheese dumplings with orange sauce. Desserts and Wedding Cake are also included along with alcoholic beverages—sparkling wine or Gancia Prosecco as an aperitif, white and red wine, Soplica Vodka, and Tyskie Beer—and non-alcoholic options, such as mineral water, tea, coffee, juices, and soft drinks. Guests may also select additional alcoholic beverages upon request.

Room Set-Up Examples

Setup Example

E-shape, U-shape and T-shape

Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.

Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
