For more grand affairs, the pillarless Florida Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests. Neutral tones create a blank canvas, fully-customizable with lighting and décor best suited to your vision. Its contemporary chandeliers cast a dreamlike glow, while an expansive pre-function area offers ample room for cocktails, live cooking stations, a photo booth, and more.

Gather in the Junior Keys Ballroom—which features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lagoon—for an intimate bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner, or post-wedding brunch.

PERSONALIZED DINING EXPERIENCES

Skillfully adept in both international and local cuisine, the expert culinary team is passionate about creating satisfying and memorable selections, personalized to your specific tastes. Popular signature dishes include beef teriyaki brochettes, mushroom caps with spinach and Pernod-sprinkled parmesan, herb-crusted rack of lamb, and citrus-marinated Florida swordfish.

Packages can include hosted bars and a champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres, buffet or plated entrées, and live stations. Custom wedding cakes are also available. Bridal party luncheons or brunch menus may be added as well.
