The majority of our 21 dynamic meeting rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to cascade into the room, plus an array of artwork from acclaimed artists like Andy Warhol, John Lennon and Stella, setting the stage for creativity and inspiration. Enjoy signature Westin programs like Clutter-Free Meetings and Eat Well catering and benefit from our excellent location in the heart of Atlanta's vibrant Buckhead neighborhood. Our 10,000 square-foot Grand Ballroom and 4,000 square foot Buckhead Ballroom are ideal for larger events, while smaller gatherings can convene in our many breakout rooms.

The moment you begin planning your event, we will partner you with your personal Catering or Convention Services Manager who will assist you with any needs before, after, or during your function. Our professional culinary team will work with you to prepare a customized menu, whether you’re seeking hors d’oeuvres, coffee breaks or elegant multi-course meals.

We are dedicated to doing our part to conserve resources and provide a comfortable and healthy environment for our guests. Eco-friendly initiatives such as double-sided meeting pads, unwrapped loose mints and a reduction of other consumables in the meeting space goes a long way towards promoting a cleaner environment. Lighting is controlled by occupancy sensors and includes CFL and LED lighting to minimize energy usage.

Our 24-Hour Business Center lets you access additional computers, copiers, fax machines and printers. Wi-Fi is available in all our meeting spaces, and our on-site audio-visual team will make sure all your technical needs are met.

Our Grand Ballroom is our largest venue, with over 10,000 square feet of private event space. Invite guests to mingle in the ballroom's pre-function area, which showcases floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views of Atlanta. Then move into the ballroom space, which features modern design elements like glimmering hand-blown glass chandeliers. Celebrate with a reception-only affair for up to 1,200 guests, hold a ceremony for 250 guests with a dinner-dance afterwards, or accommodate up to 550 guests with a dance floor. The options are endless!

Buckhead Ballroom

Our 4,430-square-foot Buckhead Ballroom is conveniently located on our lobby level. Ideal for an intimate gathering for up to 50 guests or a reception for up to 260 guests, this space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a modern décor and an intimate ambiance. Take advantage of modern features like a retractable, built-in AV/LCD player to host a dynamic, interactive event in the heart of Buckhead, Atlanta.

Mezzanine

Located on the 3rd floor and overlooking the main lobby, the Mezzanine offers sweeping views of Atlanta, plus artwork from Julian Schnasdel and Tom Savage. Adjoining the Mezzanine are the Peachtree and Ansley Rooms, which can be added on to further expand this space for an event for up to 130 guests.

Our luxurious Presidential Suite features a kitchen, fireplace, piano and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of beautiful Buckhead. The bedroom can be closed off to transform the living room into a comfortable space for executive meetings, VIP gatherings and private parties.

For a more intimate setting, the East & West Paces Ballroom's windows look out onto the majestic Peachtree Road and Lenox.  An adjoining covered outdoor terrace with luxurious teak furniture makes this venue a sought out location to host seated dinners for 125 or a brunch for 90 guests.

Convention Services heads up a team committed to your success including a veteran banquet service staff of over 18 years, an inspired culinary team and PSAV, our on-property audio visual services partner. A dedicated Executive Meeting Specialist is available throughout your event to attend to last minute requests and serve as liaison to all hotel outlets. To optimize your productivity we offer Clutter-Free Meetings. Westin Clutter-Free Meetings enhances organization and stimulates productivity with streamlined stations providing paper, pens, glasses and water keeping the main work area uncluttered and organized.

As a proud Breathe Westin® hotel, we offer guests and attendees a completely smoke-free facility for a more clean, comfortable and healthy environment. We take environmental care in our approach to meetings as well, utilizing occupancy sensors in meeting rooms and CFL and LED lighting to curtail energy consumption. Additionally, single stream recycling has been adopted for paper, aluminum, cardboard, glass and plastics and upon request, recycling bins are available for use during your meeting. Our 43 eco-friendly programs have earned us a three 3 leaf designation with the I Stay Green association.
