SMALL MEETINGS

The first floor includes the 1,216-square-foot La Jolla Room and the 1,124-square-foot Del Mar Room, both of which are ideal for small meetings or breakout sessions. The sleek Pacifica Boardroom on the second floor is designed for small groups, meetings and VIPs. It features a beautiful boardroom table with executive chairs.

Our grand California Ballroom venue impresses with state-of-the-art technology, including lighting, sound and rigging capabilities. It is ideal for everything from corporate meetings to social events such as weddings, galas and anniversary parties. This ballroom can accommodate up to 900 people for theater-style meetings and more than 1,200 for receptions. Its adjacent 2,900-square-foot foyer works well as a registration or exhibition area.

San Diego Ballroom Meeting

VIBRANT BALLROOMS

Our ballrooms are ideal for everything from corporate meetings to social events such as weddings, galas, quinceañeras and anniversary parties. The grand California Ballroom impresses with state-of-the-art technology, including lighting, sound, and rigging capabilities. This ballroom can accommodate up to 900 people for theater-style meetings and more than 1,200 for receptions. Its adjacent 2,900-square-foot foyer works well as a registration or exhibition area, and multiple break-out rooms can be quickly and easily accessed.  The fourth floor San Diego Ballroom can accommodate up to 650 people for theater-style meetings and up to 430 for banquets.  Adjoining the San Diego Ballroom is the Garden Terrace, offering an additional 5,778 square feet of space.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Our beautiful and expansive outdoor Garden Terrace and Harbor Terrace provide a unique setting to hold meal functions or revitalizing outdoor events, day or night. The rooftop Garden Terrace venue features green accents and market lights to complement the San Diego sky and city setting.  Enhanced event branding is available with GOBO projections on the neighbor building.
