Kai means "seed" in the Pima language—signifying the past, reverence for nature, and belief in the land as an eternal provider. Our cozy indoor dining area offers amazing views of our lush fairways and the Sonoran Desert. The subdued modern décor is accented by unique art pieces from the Pima and Maricopa cultures. Live musical performances by a Native American artist are the perfect accompaniment to your dinner Thursday through Saturday evenings.

The Cuisine

From start to finish, your meal will take you on a journey through flavor profiles that bring an enhanced appreciation of the local culture. Begin with a refreshing salad from a garden of locally farmed vegetables or a composition of lobster, then whet your appetite with Hudson Valley foie gras. Choose from phenomenal main courses such as cocoa and mesquite cured duck, offerings of the ocean with uni beurre blanc, or tribal buffalo grilled tenderloin. Don't forget to leave room for a heavenly mesquite dusted fry bread pillows.

Select a wine to pair with your dinner or allow our sommelier to recommend a bottle. We also offer a selection of signature cocktails, including the the smoky Mezcla, featuring Arizona Distilling Co. Copper City Bourbon, AZ Bitters Lab Figgy Pudding bitters, mesquite syrup and orange, or the Pima Bear, with Tres Amigos Tequila, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, pink peppercorn and rimmed crushed peppercorn-Maldon sea salt.

Two distinct dining spaces are perfect for private parties of up to 32 guests. The seasonal patio may also be reserved for a private event.
