Room Policies


AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
CONNECTING ROOM POLICY
Connecting rooms are available. Limited availability. Advanced reservations and hotel pre-approval required.
EXTRA BEDDING POLICY
A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms for a fee.
FAMILY PLAN POLICY
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Check-In & Checkout Policies


EARLY ARRIVAL POLICY
Early arrivals are not guaranteed unless the hotel room has been reserved for the night prior to arrival. Please contact the hotel for further information.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
Guests must confirm their departure date upon arrival. If guest shorten their length of stay after check-in, one night room and tax will be charged to the guest.
ID REQUIREMENT
Valid identification required at check-in. Some rates will also require company identification.

General Policies


ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
MARRIOTT BONVOY UPGRADE POLICY
Gold, Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elite Marriott Bonvoy members are entitled to a room upgrade upon check-in. The upgrade is subject to availability at check-in for the length of the stay, provided the room was not booked through a pre-paid third-party channel. Please note the following exclusions:

Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite: Members may be upgraded to an enhanced room if available. Enhanced rooms may include rooms with desirable views, rooms on high floors, or corner rooms, and does not include suites.

Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite and Above: Members may receive a complimentary upgrade to the best available room subject to availability. Complimentary upgrade includes select standard suites, rooms with desirable views, rooms on high floors, or corner rooms.

Suite Night Awards may only be used for standard suites or other premium rooms as designated by the Participating Property. Specialty suites are not eligible for upgrades.
MARRIOTT BONVOY AWARD RESERVATIONS
Please note that Marriott Bonvoy point redemption reservations are subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival or in the case of a no-show. Cancellation and no-show fees will vary seasonally. Please contact the hotel directly for any specific questions.
PET POLICY
A maximum of 2 pets per room, up to 75 pounds combined weight, are permitted with non-refundable fee and pet waiver signed at check-in. Pets are not allowed in dining, fitness center, or pool areas.

Health & Well-Being Policies


SMOKING POLICY
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
CHECK CASHING POLICY
Check cashing services are not available.
EMV/CHIP & PIN CREDIT CARD POLICY
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
To redeem a gift certificate, guests are required to contact the hotel directly. All gift certificates are subject to hotel approval only.
VOUCHER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Vouchers are not accepted.
