AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

CONNECTING ROOM POLICY
Connecting rooms are available. Limited availability. Advanced reservations and hotel pre-approval required.

EXTRA BEDDING POLICY
A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms for a fee.

FAMILY PLAN POLICY
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

SUITE POLICY
Reservations requests for Two Bedroom Suites, Designer Suite, Imperial Suite, Royal Suite and The Presidential Suite must be made with the hotel directly.

Check-In & Checkout Policies

EARLY ARRIVAL POLICY
Early arrivals are not guaranteed unless the hotel room has been reserved for the night prior to arrival. Please contact the hotel for further information.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
Guests must confirm their departure date upon arrival. If guest shorten their length of stay after check-in, one night room and tax will be charged to the guest.

ID REQUIREMENT
Valid identification required at check-in. Some rates will also require company identification.

General Policies

ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.

STARWOOD PREFERRED GUEST® UPGRADE POLICY
Gold and Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest® members are entitled to a room upgrade upon check-in. The upgrade is subject to availability at check-in for the length of the stay, provided the room was not booked through a pre-paid third-party channel. Please note the following exclusions:
Gold Preferred Guest®: Members may be upgraded to an enhanced room if available. Enhanced rooms may be located on higher floors, corner rooms, newly renovated rooms or rooms with preferred views and does not include suites.
Platinum Preferred Guest®: Members may be upgraded to the best available room including select standard suites. Specialty suites are not eligible for upgrades.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY
There is a fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed.

Health & Well-Being Policies

SMOKING POLICY
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 1,000 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

CHECK CASHING POLICY
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a driver’s license and phone number. There is a limit of $1,000 per stay.

EMV/CHIP & PIN CREDIT CARD POLICY
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
To redeem a gift certificate, guests are required to contact the hotel directly. All gift certificates are subject to hotel approval only.

MANDATORY DESTINATION FEE POLICY
Room rates do not include the hotel's mandatory destination fee of 50 USD per room per night, plus local and state taxes. This charge includes:
50 USD Food and Beverage Credit (available in all outlets excluding MiniBar)
50 USD Laundry/Dry Cleaning Credit
25 USD Fodera Hair Salon Credit (excluding Manicure)
Free HSIA, Local, Long Distance and International calls (unlimited)
2 Museum tickets per day
