Hours: 24 Hours, 7 days a week

Stretch and strengthen at FIT, our 300-square-meter, state-of-the-art, fully-equipped gym. Hit your peak in front of soaring floor-to-ceiling windows that dramatically unveil views of the Mediterranean Sea and city, or hit the ground running with immediate access to the beach from the outdoor terrace. Gym rats and fitness warriors will love the comprehensive array of treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and other cardio calorie-busters mounted with personal TVs, Fast Track controls, weight machines and free weights—where will you start?

If you like to workout with a group, join our inspiring morning yoga sessions on the terrace—you'll be walking on air the rest of the day! Or if you prefer the inspiration of customized workouts, our Whatever/Whenever® service will hook you up with a personal trainer, tough love optional. WET® pool and GETAWAY® Spa are right next door for that morning dip or wind down steam and sauna.

In partnership with Urban Gorillas, the #1 outdoor fitness and boot camp program in Barcelona, W Barcelona offers a social outdoor training that is fun, energetic and will help you push your boundaries. We take fitness classes seriously. Join our workouts every Thursday at 19:45hrs at FIT and get ready to look good, feel good, go longer and stay later. W Barcelona brings you Pilates & Yoga classes on Stand Up Paddleboards so put your bikini on and make the Mediterranean your sports ground. Tone up with fantastic & experienced instructor Ely Merino from Pilates SUP & Beach, who will make your body so fabulous you’ll want to show it off.
