Our Relâche Fitness Center in Kissimmee has everything you need to stay in shape during your stay. Designed by Life Fitness, it offers a full range of cardio, strength, functional and free-weight equipment.  As you exercise, enjoy beautiful resort views from floor-to-ceiling windows or watch TV on personal LCD screens and HDTVs.

Cardio Equipment

Our cardio equipment has been upgraded to Technogym USA's EXCITE Series featuring the UNITY 3.0 console. The UNITY 3.0 console offers "boredom-busting" features and apps to motivate and entertain as you work out with customizable race apps, Bluetooth-enabled music streaming from Apple or Android devices, the ability to watch TV or Netflix, and more!

Strength Training

Workout on our world-class equipment featuring 13 Life Fitness selectorized machines, BOSU™ Roman chair, plate-loaded abdominal crunch and low-back hyperextension bench, dual-cable pulley machine with virtual trainer, multi-station cable pulley trainer, free weights, dumbbells and adjustable benches. Functional training area includes medicine and stability balls, premium exercise and yoga mats and an impact-absorbing rubber tile floor.

General Policies

For safety, guests must be at least 18 years old. Guests who are 16 or 17 years old may use the facility with an adult. Closed-toe shoes and T-shirts or other appropriate exercise attire must be worn at all times. Smoking and alcohol not permitted.
