Dinner is perfect when the city lights come on and the cosmopolitan aura becomes apparent. A praise to the new Mediterranean cuisine, with emphasis on quality raw materials and excellent technique. The expanded wine list, reflects the major wine producing regions of the world and offers a wide variety of excellent choices from the head sommelier, recommending the ideal combination for dinner.

The Team

The GB Roof Garden team is comprised of the talented Chef Asterios Koustoudis, who is awarded with a Michelin star and is the Executive Chef Hotel Grande Bretagne and King George Hotel. He believes in simple cuisine, with premium quality fresh ingredients and advanced cooking technique, in order to achieve clean flavors and exquisite tastes. Chef De Cuisine, a highly qualified chef with an extensive experience in fine dining, who has worked his way up through Michelin awarded restaurants. Finally, Head Sommelier Evangelos Psofidis, who has been working for Hotel Grande Bretagne since 2006, has obtained multiple certifications on wine tasting. Our talented Executive Chef Asterios Koustoudis and his highly experienced team received one Toque d'Or award for GB Roof Garden Restaurant with Chef de Cuisine.
