The resort’s signature venue, 55&5th, The Grill introduces guests to the heritage of St. Regis. Inspired by the address of the original St. Regis New York, it pairs an elegant Art Deco-style ambiance—featuring ball-drop chandeliers, recessed lighting, molding, dark wood accents, and illuminated wine installations—with lounge-style leather armchairs, white-top tables, Jazz music, and cigars.

Taking the opulence a step further, the restaurant also offers a private dining room with personal sommelier—or, for our most discerning guests, The Loft: an exclusive chef’s table. An equally enchanting outdoor terrace offers al fresco dining while simultaneously catering to smoking guests.

Staying true to its origins, the American-inspired menu begins with classic and signature cocktails, including our namesake Arabian Snapper, and an extensive wine list, which pairs flawlessly with the epicurean offerings. Starters range from Sturia Caviar to Foie Gras Terrine, while renowned main dishes include Wagyu 72-Hour Braised Short Rib, Saddle of Rabbit, and notably a specialty menu of Vintage Aged Beef, featuring both grass-fed and grain-fed beef. Meanwhile, classic desserts, such as Chocolate Soufflé and Rum Banana, round out an indelible meal.
