Discover all the delights of dim sum—the purest expression of Chinese tea and snack food—artfully reinvented with new ingredients and modern flair. Or peruse the extensive à la carte menu for its delicious selection of Cantonese specialties such as bamboo pit soup or crab meat stir-fried with egg yolk. Chef Kam takes great care to use only the finest organic ingredients, changing the menu according to season and availability of fresh seafood, meat, and local produce.

The intimate dining room is clad in panels of black and red lacquer, promising to bring good luck, while the overall color scheme symbolizes royalty. Upholstered banquettes, cushioned with cream silk and yellow velvet, flank the periphery of the room; and artful high-backed chairs in yellow fabric and dark wood stand around dark wood tables. Original Chinese portrait photography hangs on the walls, while the dramatic ceiling references the restaurant’s name with its stylized waves.

The Silk Road main dining room hosts guests for lunch and dinner, while five beautifully decorated private dining rooms—ideal for family celebrations or business meals—host from 10 to 20 guests each.
