Fuel your day at Seasonal Tastes, our all-day contemporary restaurant serving gourmet international cuisine. Its open kitchens and marble-top buffets whet the appetite while the dining room features clean white lines and lofty ceilings.

The expansive menu focuses on seasonal, high quality ingredients that appear throughout the à la carte menus and buffets. Start your day with frozen yoghurt teppanyaki or energizing SuperFoodsRx™, such as steel-cut oatmeal and banana brulee. Or head to the omelet, pancake, or French toast stations, where a live chef customizes each creation.

Lunch provides a similarly diverse assortment of favorites, including a pizza-pasta buffet, salad bar, carving station, Thai and Japanese stations, and more. Both lunch and dinner also introduce local à la carte specialties, such as crab and parmesean tart, tom kah gai (spiced chicken soup with coconut milk and young galangal) and gaengkiew wan (spicy green curry and bamboo shoots). An irresistible array of desserts ranges from chocolate fondue to ice cream.

Sunday through Thursday, we offer different à la carte dinner promotions, while Friday and Saturday, a themed “Seafood and Grill” dinner buffet is available. Appetizers include foie gras, Alaskan king crab legs, and Fine de Claire oysters, while a Japanese station features sushi and sashimi. Entrée-size offerings debut at the BBQ station and range from rock lobster and snow fish to Australian beef tenderloin and lamb cutlets.

In addition to the à la carte children’s menu filled with favorites, we offer a 50% discount on buffet prices for children under 12 years old. Weekly, at Sunday brunch, we also present a magician, face painting, and a bouncing castle.
