Our experienced team of chefs prepare globally sourced ingredients and sustainably grown produce to craft memorable Eastern- and Western-inspired dishes in five distinctive dining rooms.

The Dining Room and adjacent Wine Gallery are exquisite spaces for fine dining. Defined by its grand setting of blond wood and ivory décor with a recessed honeycomb ceiling, the opulent Dining Room is brightly illuminated by contemporary chandeliers and high ceilings. Adding to the sophisticated ambiance, an extraordinary wine wall—with 2,000 signature vintages hand-selected by our knowledgeable sommeliers—separates the spaces. The Wine Gallery, a more intimate space, is adorned by curated art pieces against a rich, warm palette. Elegant chandeliers and striking banquette seating enhance this inviting setting. Menu options include worldly selections, such as seafood specialties—including Rosemary Smoked Ocean Trout and Eastern Rock Lobster—while an extensive tasting menu features Lotus Wrapped Quail filled with eight treasures and Braised Chicory.

With an expansive glass and iron ceiling suffusing the room with natural light, The Verandah, our most spacious dining room is reminiscent of a European indoor garden. Our exclusive bistro-style crustacean bar offers a tantalizing selection of the freshest seafood, such as succulent shucked oysters, while our dedicated staff prepares light sandwiches, crisp salads, and enticing pousse-cafés.

The Penthouse Kitchen and The Library invite guests to savor our visionary cuisine in more secluded environs. Resembling a residential dining space of unparalleled refinement, each features an open kitchen, where our expert chefs prepare bespoke menus and promise personal attention beyond expectation. Meals for up to 12 guests can be prepared course by course or family-style. These spaces are also available for private dining.

The Manor serves up a children’s menu with flavors thoughtfully designed for younger palates. Popular options include baked beans and bacon with cheesy scrambled eggs or a tasty ham and Gouda cheese on Brioche toast.
