The Grill at St. Regis channels the welcoming ambiance of your favorite steak house, but with a polished, contemporary twist. You’ll be greeted warmly and ushered to deep, cozy booths that exude classic comfort. Within this sophisticated space, you’ll find gastronomic takes on American favorites like USDA Prime cut steaks and freshly caught seafood, exquisitely paired with fine South American and European vintages selected by our sommelier.


Explore traditional starters with our very own Floridian twist, like the refreshingly light Bal Harbour Clam Chowder, garnished with bacon and fresh chives. Our signature specialties bring to life nuanced flavors with such dishes as the beef tenderloin tartare, the grilled Alaskan king crab, and a crispy seared Florida snapper that lights up the frying pan and your taste buds.
