Designed for intimate events, custom occasions, and singular celebrations, our Wine Cellar presents a culinary experience unique to Excelsior Hotel Gallia.

Its modern design reflects this exclusivity with clean lines, a table for 12, and a nuanced mixture of light and dark woods, which make the bottles placed upon floating wine racks, on recessed shelves, and in stainless steel display refrigerators the room’s design focus. Stocked with a meticulously curated selection of over 300 of the best Italian vintages, they impress even the most discerning guests.

Our expert team of sommeliers will be pleased to lead wine tastings or receptions, accompanied by a buffet of Italian hams, salami, cheeses, and canapés. They can also advise guests on suitable pairings for a celebratory dinner prepared in the adjacent private kitchen. Additionally, the kitchen can be reserved for cooking classes, which invite guests to learn about seasonal and local culinary treasures.
