Located on the ground floor of the resort, our sun-drenched brasserie Angkor Royal Café features a bright, inviting space with walls of windows, arrangements of fresh bamboo, and casual rattan armchairs around teak wood tables. An inviting open kitchen features glass counters to display the extravagant daily buffets.

Our team of talented chefs delight guests with a sumptuous assortment of Western, Asian, and local dishes—drawing on the abundance of local produce, herbs, spices, and seafood. In addition, a monthly culinary calendar highlights a particular region, ingredient, or tradition of Cambodian cuisine. Under the creative direction of sous-chef Kosal, one month may be dedicated to the fresh seafood of Tonle Sap lake, while the next showcases the diverse Khmer recipes involving mango, or the inventive use of rice in meals and beverages.

Guests who wish to dine al fresco surrounded by palm trees and flickering lanterns, may enjoy any meal from Angkor Royal Café on the outdoor terrace adjoining the restaurant.
