Like the resonance of two beads brushing against each other, chefs at Tamayura are dedicated to creating a unique fine dining experience. Serving a selection of haute cuisine, Tamayura chefs feature natural flavors and Japanese tradition in our Kaiseki Course, while traditions of the Tokyo region are showcased with the Edomae Sushi Course, served omakase-style at a counter crafted from imported hinoki cypress wood. A hint of Western style is infused into fare served at our live Teppanyaki station and handmade wagashi accompanies premium teas at our Tea Bar.
