Reflecting its curated all-day menu, Seasonal Tastes presents contemporary décor defined by natural materials, cooking stations, and an open kitchen that reveals our chefs in action.

Alongside the indoor dining area, the restaurant offers alfresco seating on a 2,000-square-meter terrace. The largest outdoor dining area in Haitang Bay, it houses a fountain, a barbecue area, and a 70-square-meter stage that features live music nightly from 6pm to 9:30pm.

True to its name, the restaurant’s menu highlights Eastern and Western favorites crafted from fresh seasonal ingredients. Breakfast introduces an international buffet with live action stations, where chefs prepare waffles, noodles, eggs, dim sum, and more to order. Lunch options include an à la carte menu of international favorites, ranging from club sandwiches and burgers to braised beef brisket soup noodles.

Dinner expands the offerings with a fresh seafood buffet and an outdoor barbecue buffet. Or choose something from one of the live action stations, including a Chinese noodle station with Shanghai, Beijing, and Sichuan specialties. À la carte dinner offerings range from assorted antipasti to spaghetti carbonara to shrimp and pork wonton noodle soup. Desserts, meanwhile, range from creative Japanese sweets—such as black sesame pudding and green tea ice cream—to French classics, like hot chocolate fondant. A children’s menu, with Caesar salad, fresh fruit, fried rice, and more, is sure to please young palates.

Beverages are equally diverse, ranging from fresh juice, soda, and tea to wine, beer, and signature drinks, like mojitos and frozen lattes.
