Distinguished by unfettered views of the Ishim River and its interactive show kitchen, The Grill, our signature restaurant, is defined by its exuberant atmosphere and immaculate setting. Ample windows illuminate marble-topped dining tables and lounge-style seating as well as our exquisite wine vault and glass-encased meat-aging cabinet. Sculptures reminiscent of delicate bone by British artist Sophie-Elizabeth Thompson complement burgundy furnishings and burnished gold accents.

Our secluded dining room is ideal for private gatherings of up to 10 guests. Admire unobstructed river vistas through floor-to-ceiling windows while our culinary team presents a flavorsome menu to please any palate. During the summer, an intimate terrace offers al fresco dining options.

Our exceptional culinary staff prepare perfectly smoked and grilled meats and fish alongside seasonal vegetables in our exclusive Josper oven. Specialties include our crispy duck leg confit for a tantalizing appetizer, 48h short ribs and lobster tail as an enticing main course, and our signature warm banana tatin for a delightful dessert. The Grill also offers a children’s menu featuring dishes favored by younger guests, such as soup, pasta, and pizza.
