Great stay, friendly staff.
Our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fitness center was well maintained and had better than average hotel equipment.
The staff is very accommodating and friendly!

Always a good stay
Sheraton Augusta us always great. Only issue is at club level is the variety of beer. Not everyone is a beer and wine drinker. It would be nice for them to offer hard cider

Much Improved
I had started to stay elsewhere during my trips to Augusta because of reoccurring problems with cleanliness of the guest rooms and I can say that is no longer the case. The room was clean and ready for my stay, the staff was professional, friendly and courteous and I will be staying at this location again for my travel to Augusta.

Great location, excellent staff, clean, pet-friendly, hotel!
We checked-in at the Sheraton at the last minute in the middle of the night after a horrible customer service experience at a nearby hotel. Luckily they had a room available with a king-sized bed. The check-in staff was friendly and professional. We were checked in, not hounded about our pet, and went to our room.
The room was an accessible room and was very clean. The room was equipped with a medium sized refrigerator, a flat screen tv (my guess would be 42"), coffee maker, and other standard amenities. The downsides of the room were the walls and ceiling looked like they were hastily and repaired sloppily, the thermostat was on the A/C unit, and the bathroom did not have a fan.
I would skip the breakfast buffet unless it's included with your rate and you want fruit or cereal. The hot bar was not good and cost $12.

Run...don’t walk away from this property!
As a loyal Marriott business and personal traveler for over 15 years, I have spent 300+ nights in hotels all across the country. As an Elite member, I choose Marriott properties because the quality and care of the staff and location is usually top-notch. NOT at this location! The staff was rude, un-accommodating, uncaring (flippant) and overcharged me, even though I had a written confirmation price. I truly have been astonished by their attitude. It is the worst I have ever encountered. The manager never even returned my phone call. To say I am dismayed and disappointed is an understatement. The concierge lounge was nice.

Thanksgiving Stay
Excellent staff/customer service, comfortable beds, high speed Internet, loved the Club Room lounge!!! Have stayed 2 years in a row over Thanksgiving!
