Great team , great room view, old rooms
The hotel is bit old but the team know how to make it up for you, the service is more than great and the room view is breathtaking. I defiantly recommend it for anyone and we will be back again

The gem in Alexandria
This hotel is a gem in Alexandria, granted that the location might not be ideal for everyone, yet the view - and specialy in the morning - is exceptional overlooking the Montazah Palace. The staff are the most accommodating staff I have dealth with in all of Egypt and they will simply make you feel at home

I stay several time in this Hotel I feel like I belong, EVERYBODY IS SO NICE, so profesional with the Great Attidude frem the Bellstaff ( special mention to Karin and Abdhullah ) HK ( Iman , Whalleh , Rabatt ) Club Lounge ( Mr Mehad , Mohamed and Soha ) FB ; Mr Ahmed, Adaam , Sumer, FD : Mr Said, Amin all the team.
