Choose somewhere better
I stayed for one night for business. Staff is incredibly nice and friendly but seemed to lacked experience and Marriott knowledge, especially for elite members. All other aspects of the hotel (amenities, cleanliness, room quality) was pretty disappointing. If I didn’t know I was staying at the Sheraton, I would’ve guessed I was staying at a cheap, inn brand of a hotel chain.

Clean and professional
One of the cleanest hotels and most professional staffs I’ve ever encountered. Only reason it wasn’t perfect was the indoor/outdoor pool was shut down for the winter (indoor was open) this was a known issue. Shouldnt advertise the pool if you know you’re shutting it down. Still, a great value and great staff. Would recommend.

Ann Arbor Sheraton - feel like you're home
The staff at this location is why I recommend this location. From the desk with Homer leading the way to the touch base from Dan and George to the bar combo of Jeremey and Paige to the lounge staff of Tam and others this location has done a wonderful job staffing and getting people that make those of us staying feel at home and very comfortable.

In town on business
As on business trips, you never really know what to expect when checking into a hotel. After driving for hours through a Michigan snow squall, I was at my wits end. Not so much for the conditions of the road but for those driving on it. When arriving at my destination I wasn't in the mood to stand in line to wait for checking in. Wouldn't you know it, there was a line. Luckily for me, I was checking into a Sheraton .The concierge was on it. He asked to take my bags while my wife and I warmed ourselves by the fire. Asked for my name and suggested to have as seat while the line was being taken care of. We took his recommendation and found one in the lounge. I'll add that a nice pour of scotch set my mind at ease too. When it was our time to check in he let us know. The process may have taken a while, but the staff made the the transition smooth. The staffs ability to see a situation before it becomes a problem only comes from training and caring.

No room at the Inn
Our guaranteed, and confirmed, double queen room was given away at the time of our check in, and we were told the hotel was "oversold" on this type of room. We were bumped into a king room for a group of 3. After having the room reserved for 5 months, and calling to confirm 2 days prior. Not ok, Sheraton.

Wedding Stay
I stayed here for my cousins wedding that was at U of M and they location and hotel was amazing. The hotel was extremely clean and the beds are always amazing
