Fantastic!
Great hotel, great facility, great options (I loved the lavender oil available in our room!)
The perk of checking in and having the brownies and treats was so sweet and thoughtful!
The only thing I think that needs fixing up is the pool...its a bit dingy and ceiling has some water/humid spots.
The maid service was TOP NOTCH!

Just Average
Being there for a dance convention, my first experience was 50 minute wait to check in because they didn’t have enough staff working the front desk. The rooms were nice and clean, nothing exceptional (room with two queen beds). The staff was friendly. The elevators are very busy at certain times during the convention and the stairs are located outside the building, so that’s not an option in bad weather; although staff tried to help out by having people ride the service elevators. The dance convention was held at the hotel so it was convenient being on site. I’ve stayed at Comfort Inns that are just as nice, cheaper, and have free breakfast.

Decent Hotel
Our stay at the Westin was a good experience. The staff were helpful and attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms, bedding, and towels could be improved upon, however, I have experienced worse at other hotels. Overall, a decent stay.

Horrible stay
We arrived and checked in and found r room was not what we asked for. Staff said nothing could be done due to being sold out. Rooms where warm and they did nothing but say sorry theirs nothing we can do. Refrigerator Was broken in room. Housekeeping refused to give extra towels. I lost my car keys and stoped at front desk to ask if someone had turned them in and was told to ask another person down the counter when this person wasn’t doing anything. Saw more valet staff on cell phones instead of working I almost hit one because he was to busy on his phone and turned and almost walked into my vehicle. Good thing I was paying attention. Won’t stay their again.

Reservations don’t mean anything
I reserved 5 months in advance and when I got there they no longer had the room. They offered me one king for four people.

Very Happy With The Westin
All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby was well-decorated. Room was clean and comfortable. Glad to see a Starbucks in the lobby. Food at the restaurant was great.
