Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Highly Recommended Hotel We went to Columbus to see our son graduate basic training at Fort Benning. This hotel was great all around price, cleanliness and location. For those especially going to Columbus to see your Soldiers in Training this is the place to be. The mall is walking distance as well as the movie theater. So many restaurants around. When you have family day or graduation this makes for the perfect spot! Lot's to do or just let them rest on great bed. The only thing they didn't have was complimentary breakfast. They do have a restaurant but it's not included. Not a deal breaker for most but can see those who are on a budget.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rdek from Not up to Marriott standards The front desk staff came across as rather cold & unwelcoming, borderline rude. I would've liked to know there was no elevator BEFORE I left the front desk. I had recently had knee surgery & Calvin helped me bring my luggage to my room. CALVIN WAS AMAZING!! He absolutely brightened my day. Also the girls at the small cafe in the lobby were so sweet! The lobby is nice & up to date but the exterior & rooms definitely need to be updated.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Amy from Cheerleading weekend (state) The staff handle the crowds of cheerleaders , quick and in a kindly matter. Making sure when it was our turn she was full focus on us. She did well multitask The room color reminded me when I stay in courtyard when I was a child so a updated would do it good, but doesn't make the stay any less comfortable. My stay was very comfortable.
