Not the place for nursing working mothers!
I am extremely upset about my stay at the Sheraton. I was booked for 2 nights in a King room and when I went up to my room I found that there was not a mini fridge in the room. It was a necessity for me to have a mini fridge with the small freezer compartment because I am a breastfeeding mother who must pump while I am away on business trips and have somewhere to store my milk and the ice packs for when I transport it back home. I went downstairs and asked them if they had any other rooms available with a mini fridge, and they only had a Queen double room which I did not want. They then found an old, beat up, smelly mini fridge which door did not seal closed properly that they had in storage and brought it up to my King Room but I was infuriated at this point because I would have to wait for it to cool off and the small freezer compartment to freeze, and by that time my milk could have spoiled. I AGAIN went downstairs, decided to switch to the Queen double room that all have mini fridges in them but once I went into that room I found the mini fridge had no small freezer compartment!! I went downstairs for the 3rd time, SO angry because of all of the inconvenience I have gone through after hours of traveling. The front desk had no solution for me other than to store my ice packs in their kitchen freezer which I would have to collect each morning before my meetings. It was pretty embarrassing having to ask for my ice packs every morning in front of my coworkers.
I feel like the Sheraton does not take into consideration and indirectly discriminates against working mothers who often stay in their hotel for business trips. As a mother, being away from our child for business trips is difficult enough and the Sheraton does not make anything easier on breast feeding mothers who stay at their facilities.

Unbearably hot
The room was unbearably hot and after speaking with the front desk 3 times to have it addressed. The issue was never fixed.

Top Notch Experience
Check in was very smooth and expedient. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable, save for the usual "short sheeting" caused by using flat sheets on the bottom which never stay in place and require daily remaking of the bed. I chose not to have the maid change the sheets or make the bed daily as it was not necessary so I had to lift the heavy mattress every day.
Bathroom was very clean with decent (and rare) shower pressure. Excellent experience and I highly recommend this hotel.
The restaurant had a nice buffet breakfast and there are several decent restaurants close by within a few minutes walk. The bread pudding at the steak house was amazing, if you're into decadent deserts!

Excellent Hotel
The staff was very helpful and friendly, everyone was curteous. The overall hotel and rooms were very clean. We used a conference room and the it was very nice, acoustically perfect and the technology worked (big plus here).
