Staff was Excellent. But Rooms were dated
Staff was excellent from front desk to Breakfast team serving and getting food ready. Breakfast Staff made me feel welcome and got my day off to a great start with their courteous attitudes.
Rooms were very dated with musty odor. Property would be much better with updates.

Nice place
Friendly, efficient. Quiet room altho near highway. Good breakfast. Quiet halls and rooms. Unfortunately pool was out of order.

Marriott hardly disappoints!
I hardly have any major complaints in the years I have been a loyal member. The mileage point system is absolutely fantastic in that it's very easy to accumulate points and get a free night. The staffs are typically non confrontational and very helpful. Other hotels like W or Sheraton, there are many straight forward, hard "No"s. They don't try to work with you. At Marriott, the staffs make an effort to make you comfortable and all your requests are accepted as much as it can. I appreciate that!
